Account Management

Account Management at a senior level is provided by Bill McLuskey, Mike McLuskey and Tom Lopeman. This is focussed on the aim to provide ongoing improvements to the services provided to the customers of Ocean Trailers. Areas to target are often identified from the daily, weekly and monthly operational KPI reports, Ocean generates for each of its customers. We then work in partnership with our customers to address these improvement opportunities, with cost savings and service enhancements for all being the objective.
